Come celebrate the opening of the first vegan butcher shop in the United States with The Herbivorous Butcher. After years of perfecting our deliciously deceiving meat-free meats and cheese-free cheeses, we're expanding from a 6-foot farmer’s market table to a brick-and-mortar location in Northeast Minneapolis. We've made it this far through the support of passionate base of local customers, and the generous support of over 700 backers to our Kickstarter campaign.Throughout the Grand Opening Weekend we'll have a number of promotions, giveaways, and a few special surprise appearances as well.
