Mini Pizza Bagels

INGREDIENTS
Vegan mozzarella, shredded
Vegan pepperoni, finely cubed
Vegan mini bagels
1 tbsp olive oil
Pizza sauce
Italian seasoning (optional)

DIRECTIONS
Separate mini bagels and place on a baking sheet. Brush bagels with olive oil. Cover bagel halves with pizza sauce, then vegan mozzarella, then pepperoni bits. Finish with Italian seasoning.

Bake at 350 for 15 minutes.

Yesterday, on a whim, I bought your Italian Cold Cut Sandwich and took it home to heat in the microwave. It was one of the most delicious sandwiches I’ve ever eaten. The flavors were perfectly balanced and exciting.

I am not a vegan.
