Vegan Crunchy Supreme Wrap

Vegan steak, thinly sliced
Vegan American (or cheddar) cheese, shredded
2 tbsp olive oil
2 tbsp taco seasoning (cumin, chili powder, paprika, garlic salt)
Extra large tortilla (burrito size)
Vegetarian refried beans, seasoned with taco seasoning
Vegan sour cream
Lettuce, shredded
Tomato, chopped
Hot sauce

Heat 1 tbsp olive oil in a pan over medium heat. Add sliced steak to pan and lightly sprinkle with taco seasoning. After a few minutes, turn steak over and lightly season other side. Cook until browned. Add remaining taco seasoning to refried beans.

Lay out tortilla on a flat surface. Thinly spread seasoned refried beans onto middle of tortilla in a small circle, about the size of the tostada. Layer on steak pieces (about 4 strips). Top with shredded cheese.

Next, add the tostada. Thinly spread vegan sour cream on top of tostada. Layer shredded lettuce and tomatoes. Drizzle with hot sauce.

Fold the outside of the tortilla in toward the center, working around in a circle until the entire tortilla is wrapped up. (Refer to video.)

Lightly grease pan with remaining olive oil on medium heat. Fry the wrapped tortilla for a few minutes, until golden brown. Flip over and brown the other side for another 2-3 minutes. Enjoy!
