Our neighbors at Red Stag Supperclub reached out to us about holding a 3-course prix fixe vegan dinner in their event space, and we enthusiastically jumped on board. Red Stag's chefs developed the menu, and they used our Mozzarella and Korean Ribs.
Each course was paired with a Brooklyn Brewing beer to add a special element.
Course 1: Grilled Peach, Romaine, Red Onions, Basil, Vegan Mozzarella & Balsamic
Course 2: Vegan Korean Short Ribs, Carrot Potstickers, Umami Mushroom Broth & Bok Choy
Course 3: Banana Split - Vegan Ice Cream, Pineapple, Strawberry, Caramel, Peanuts & Cherry
Many thanks to everyone who joined us, and to Jake Encinas for providing a bit of soul music for the evening. We hope to hold these at least once a month, so be on the lookout for the next one!
