Breakfast samiches make-over! No carcinogenic processed meat (aka sausage, nitrite/ nitrate-free sausage, turkey sausage.. Etc.) in this baby! The cancer organizations say there's no safe amount of these to be eaten. Recommendations are pretty strong to avoid processed meats of all kinds. So solution, swap out that processed meat with a veg alternative made from plant-proteins! Here I've got @theherbivorousb maple breakfast sausage on a sprouted Ezekiel English muffin. When you want a #bahnmi sandwich flavor but it's breakfast time and you remember you have @theherbivorousb sausage in the fridge and the last serving of @followyourheart egg so yay breakfast bahn mi. Pan fried bread, #justmayo, daikon, cilantro, sweet basil, scallions, hot hot hot jalapeño.
