This meal is 100% #vegan! It's made with #seitan steak from @theherbivorousb, grilled on the outdoor grill. It's served with baked potato, broccolini, and ripe tomatoes. This kind of meal really takes me back. Something to know about their seitan for the grill (like the steak and ribs) - you don't have to be overly afraid of overcooking. The seitan gets a really great texture when it is put right in the line of fire. It develops a char and crackle to the crust that is so satisfying. Also, the seitan is super filling! In no way could I finish all of it.
