Sister Butcher® Aubry and Brother Butcher® Kale Walch founded Herbivorous Butcher in 2014. In 2016, their first store opened, melding a lifelong love for food with healthy, low-impact, ethical eating—by way of deliciously deceptive vegan meats and cheeses.
