Place steak on a plate or in a shallow dish and set it over a pot of simmering water. Cover and steam for 8–10 minutes until heated through. Finish with a quick sear if desired.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap steak in foil and heat for 10–15 minutes. For extra texture, unwrap and broil or sear briefly at the end.
Grill:
Preheat grill to medium heat. Lightly oil and grill for 3–5 minutes per side until heated through with a nice char.
Pan Fry:
Heat a pan over medium with a little oil. Sear for 3–4 minutes per side until hot and caramelized.
