We're thrilled to announce that we've been offered a space in the Food Building at the Minnesota State Fair starting this year!
Due to time restrictions, limitations from the size of the space, and other circumstances beyond our control, the menu will feature only three options, but we really think you'll enjoy what we're cooking up.
Poultrygeist
Some of you may be aware of our love for all things horror, so we used that for menu inspiration. The Poultrygeist will start with a piece of buttery Texas toast, and we're topping it with fried chicken tenders, sausage gravy, fried onions, and parsley.
Steak-xorcist
This is essentially the same as the Poultrygeist, but we're using chicken-fried steak tenders!
Monster Mash
For those who want to sample both or are sharing with loved ones, you can get the Poultrygeist and Steak-xorcist mashed together in one delicious boat.
