- Our products are perishable and will be shipped with a thermal liner and icepacks.
- Please refrigerate your products once receiving them.
- If your order is returned, it is no longer consumable. You will need to place and pay for a new order if this occurs.
- We will not ship to a PO Box address.
- Shipping insurance is provided by ROUTE (Third party company) and is automatically selected for your convenience. We highly recommend keeping this option, as it fully covers any loss, damage, or shipping-related issues.
- ROUTE will offer a full refund for your purchase or arrange a replacement order at no additional cost.
- Please note, that if you choose to deselect this insurance, we cannot be held responsible for any loss, damage, or shipping errors, and no refund will be provided. However, if there’s a mistake on our part or something is missing from your order, we will gladly send a replacement or offer a refund adjustment.
