Our savory Bacon Brats are a smoky, flavorful twist on the classic bratwurst!
We marble each one with the same signature vegan fat we use on our house-made bacon — crafted from tapioca flour and oil — giving them a rich, smoky depth and a taste that’s remarkably close to a classic hot dog. Each 13 oz pack comes with four single brats, fully cooked and ready to heat up for a satisfying, craveable meal.

Pan Fry:
Place brats in a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and browned on the outside.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 375°F. Place brats on a lined baking sheet and bake for 10–12 minutes, turning once halfway through, until warmed through.
Grill:
Preheat grill to medium heat. Grill brats for 6–8 minutes, turning occasionally, until heated through and lightly charred.
