We collect orders Monday through Sunday, make & package orders the next Monday through Sunday, then ship out the next Monday. Once your order has reached the production phase, we cannot refund your order.
SHIPPING, INSULATION, & ICE PACKS ARE INCLUDED IN PRODUCT PRICE
You will receive an email prior to shipment from firstname.lastname@example.org so please add this to your contacts to ensure it does not go to your spam folder. You will receive tracking info from UPS the day your order ships. The Herbivorous Butcher is not responsible for lost or stolen packages.
If you would like to know the whereabouts of your package once it ships, please contact UPS with your tracking number. If your package arrives late and is perished, contact email@example.com so we can file a claim and issue you a refund.
Shipping cannot be expedited.
A signature is not required for delivery.
If you ordered a Jerky Sampler, it will be shipped via USPS in a padded envelope and does not require refrigeration. You will receive a tracking number.
If you order a Gift Card (In-Store), it cannot be used towards an online purchase. If you order a Gift Card (Online Shop), it cannot be used in store.
No substitutions are allowed, and we cannot add products after your order has been placed.
Our products are perishable and will be shipped with a cold pack shipper (materials will be automatically added to your cart with your purchase).
Your cold Herbivorous Butcher items MUST be refrigerated upon arrival. If you cannot be home to receive the items at the time of delivery, we suggest having the order shipped to your work address, or to a family member, friend, or a friendly neighbor who can place your items into proper refrigeration promptly upon arrival. We are not responsible for items that are delivered early and not received until later in the evening, so please plan for your delivery accordingly so that your order will not spend several hours in a warm or hot environment.
The Herbivorous Butcher cannot ship to a PO or APO Box.
WAS YOUR PURCHASE A GIFT FOR SOMEONE ELSE? PLEASE TELL THEM TO EXPECT IT as our products are perishable! If your recipient refuses the delivery, it will be returned to us by UPS and no longer consumable. You will need to place and pay for a new order if this occurs.
