7 servings per containerOur Butternut Squasage is fully cooked—enjoy it cold or warm it up! If frozen, thaw in the refrigerator before serving or heating. Remove all packaging.
Pan-Fry
• Cut into ½-inch slices and place in a lightly oiled skillet over medium-low heat. • Heat for approximately 2–3 minutes per side, until browned and warmed through.
Oven
• Preheat oven to 350°F. Arrange ½-inch slices in a baking dish, add a small splash of water, and cover with foil. • Heat for approximately 10–15 minutes, until warmed through.
Steam
• Cut into ½-inch slices and place in a steamer basket above simmering water. • Cover and steam for approximately 5–8 minutes, until warmed through.
Air Fryer
• Preheat air fryer to 350°F. Lightly brush ½-inch slices with oil and arrange in a single layer. • Heat for approximately 4–6 minutes, turning halfway through, until lightly crisp and warmed through.
Serve Cold
• Slice thin and add to a charcuterie board with crackers, vegan cheese, grainy mustard, and your favorite fall fruit.
Heating times are approximate and vary by appliance and slice thickness. Heat longer as needed until warmed through, and avoid overheating to keep the squasage tender.
