• Place the chicken in a steamer basket over simmering water. • Cover and steam for 4-6 minutes until heated through and tender.
Oven:
• Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). • Place the chicken on a baking sheet and cover with foil. • Bake for 8-10 minutes, or until heated thoroughly.
Grill:
• Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. • Grill the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until warmed through. • You can also brush it with a little oil or your favorite marinade for extra flavor!
Pan Fry:
• Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat. • Add a small amount of oil and fry the chicken for 2-3 minutes on each side until golden and heated through.
