- Preheat oven to 325°F.
- Remove roast from vacuum packaging.
- Place in a small baking dish and add ¼ – ½ cup vegetable broth or water.
- Cover tightly with foil.
- Heat for 20–30 minutes, or until warmed through.
For a full meal, add potatoes, carrots, and cabbage to the dish while heating.
Steam Method (Most Tender)
- Remove from packaging.
- Place roast in a steamer basket over simmering water.
- Cover and steam for 15–20 minutes, until heated through.
This method keeps the roast especially moist and tender.
Slow Cooker Method (Hands-Off Option)
- Place roast in slow cooker.
- Add ½ – 1 cup vegetable broth.
- Heat on LOW for 1–2 hours, until warmed through.
Add root vegetables for a one-pot feast.
