- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place the ham roast in a medium casserole dish or Dutch oven and bake covered for 60 minutes. You may add seasoned vegetables to the pan during the last 15 minutes of cooking if desired.
- Remove the ham from the oven and brush with glaze of choice (our sweet mustard ham glaze works beautifully).
- Return to the oven uncovered for 15 minutes, until the roast is lightly browned and glossy.
