8 servings per containerOur bacon is much leaner than conventional pork bacon, so be careful not to overcook it!
🥓 To crisp it up, heat a small amount of neutral-flavored oil in a medium sauté pan or skillet over medium heat. Add the bacon and cook for 3–4 minutes, until you see a few brown spots form. Flip and fry for another 2–3 minutes.
🍽️ Transfer to a paper towel or cutting board to cool.
🔪 For chopped bacon, follow the same method but stir instead of flipping!
