- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place meatloaf (14oz or 28oz) in a baking dish. If you like, surround it with lightly oiled, seasoned veggies.
- Cover loosely with foil to keep it moist.
- Bake: • 14oz meatloaf → 25–30 minutes • 28oz meatloaf → 40–45 minutes (Optional: Brush with ketchup, sauce, or glaze during the last 10 minutes for extra flavor.)
Air Fryer:
- Preheat air fryer to 350ºF.
- Place sliced pieces of meatloaf in the basket (avoid overcrowding).
- Heat for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until warmed through and lightly crisped on the edges.
