Oven (Recommended):
- Preheat oven to 350ºF.
- Place meatloaf (28oz) in a baking dish. If desired, surround it with lightly oiled, seasoned veggies.
- Cover loosely with foil to keep it moist.
- Bake for 40–45 minutes. (Optional: Brush with ketchup, sauce, or glaze during the last 10 minutes for extra flavor.)
Air Fryer:
- Preheat air fryer to 350ºF.
- Place sliced pieces of meatloaf in the basket (avoid overcrowding).
- Heat for 8–10 minutes, flipping halfway, until warmed through and lightly crisped on the edges.
