Each month you’ll receive two 6oz bags of our house-made vegan jerky, featuring a surprise flavor we’re currently obsessed with. Sweet, smoky, spicy, tangy — we’re always experimenting with new marinades and bold seasoning blends, so every delivery is something new to snack on.
It’s also packed with plant-based protein — about 10g per ounce (around 60g per bag), making it a seriously satisfying snack.
Your jerky ships straight to your mailbox in a simple envelope — no ice packs needed.

What do I receive each month?
Each shipment includes 2 bags (6oz each) of our Jerky of the Month flavor.
When will my jerky ship?
Jerky of the Month shipments go out towards the end of each month, usually during the last week of the month. You’ll receive an email with tracking information as soon as your order ships.
Does this ship with my other products?
No. Because our jerky is dehydrated and shelf-stable, it ships separately in its own envelope, even if you have other items in your order.
Does this count toward the 5-item shipping minimum?
No. Jerky of the Month does not count toward the 5-product minimum required for shipping orders. You must order any 5 items from the "Meat" or "Cheese" sections.
Can I pause, cancel, or update my payment method?
Yes. If you need to pause, cancel, or update your card information, please email shipping@theherbivorousbutcher.com and our team will assist you.
Is this available for local pickup?
This subscription is for shipping customers only. Local customers can add Jerky of the Month through our Butcher & Provisions Club.
