Place ribs in a steamer basket over simmering water. Cover and steam for 12–15 minutes, or until heated through.
Oven:
Preheat oven to 350°F. Wrap ribs tightly in foil and bake for 15–20 minutes, or until heated through.
Grill:
Heat grill to medium. Grill ribs for 2–3 minutes per side until warmed through. Brush with your favorite sauce or a little oil to help retain moisture.
Pan Fry:
Heat a lightly oiled skillet over medium heat. Cook ribs for 3–4 minutes per side until heated through and lightly caramelized.
If the ribs are frozen, thaw overnight in the refrigerator before heating for best results.
