Who doesn't love a good vegan breakfast? @colina_personal picked up Follow Your Heart's VeganEgg at the shop along with our Maple Sage Breakfast Sausage to put together this delicious meal.

We couldn't love this photo from @beccaneely any more. She used Grlk AND You Betcha Kimchi AND a Breadsmith baguette. All of these products are available at the shop!

@zuteallure keeps things gluten-free, so our GF Italian Sausage is the perfect option!

Thanks to @goodhealthgoodvibes for reminding us how fun and bright plant-based eating can be by adding yummy veggies to our Chorizo in these tacos.

Happy National Pig Day!

Did you know that March 1 is National Pig Day? Many people don't realize it, but pigs are smarter than dogs and are just as happy as a pup when they get a good belly rub or a scratch behind the ear. They're very curious, social beings and we are thrilled and honored to have Liza the Pig as part of The Herbivorous Butcher's family!

In January, we received our sponsor certificate for Liza through Farm Sanctuary. Liza was rescued from a pig farm when she was still in the womb; she and her 15 piglet siblings were born at the Farm Sanctuary New York Shelter a mere 8 hours after their mother Julia arrived. Liza is all grown up now and loves hanging out with her sister Maggie. If you've never seen a happy pig before, take a look at these photos.

We also sponsor a Jersey Giant Rooster named Richard, but we'll celebrate him in his own post at a later date (click here to read about him). Today is for Liza, Maggie and all of the other wonderful pigs out there.

@gypseavegan is a huge fan of Follow Your Heart's VeganEgg, and we can't blame her! Here, she used our Chorizo and Pepper Jack cheese to make omelets.

Kristina DeMuth, MPH, RD, used our Ground Beef to make these beautiful stuffed peppers.

Our Cuban Pork has been a big hit, and this sammy from @seasonephotography looks amazing!

@fullvegan used our gluten-free Chipotle BBQ Pulled Pork to make this Cheesy Potato Casserole... or is it a Hot dish??
